Steps
Sequence Step
1Preheat oven to 350 degree F
2Combine flour, baking soda, salt, allspice, cinnamon, and ginger in bowl and set aside
3Place eggs, vegetable oil, unsweetened applesauce and brown sugar in a large bowl and beat together well.
4Add orange rind, vanilla, oats, falx, almonds, sunflower seeds and stir until well combined.
5Add flour mixture and stir well.
6Add dried cranberries and stir until well distributed.
7Use 1/8 cup of dough for each cookie, place on prepared cookie sheet and press down with a spoon or fingers to form about a 2 1/2 inch in diameter cookie.
8Bake for 15-20 minutes or until lighly browned.
9Let cookies cool in cookie sheet for 2 minutes then move to cookie cooling rack or wax paper.
10Makes up to 36 cookies
