combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and sift in a bowl and set aside.

Combine oil, yogurt, eggs, sugar in a bowl and beat with a hand mixer at high speed until bubbly with air.

Fold flour mixture into the liquid with a spatula without over working.

Fold in mashed bananas and nuts with a spatula.

Using an ice cream scoop, scoop the batter in to a 12-muffin pan. Scrape the remainder and distribute evenly to the muffin pan.

Bake muffins for 25 minutes in a 375 degree oven
