PLACE BEEF STEW CUBES AND DICED ONIONS IN A LARGE POT, COVER WITH WATER. BRING TO A BOIL AND COOK UNTIL TENDER. (MAY NEED TO KEEP ADDING WATER TO KEEP THE BEEF JUST BARELY COVERED).

ONCE YOUR BEEF IS TENDER ADD 2 CANS OF STEWED TOMATOES AND BRING TO A BOIL. (MAY WANT MORE TOMATOES IF YOU PREFER)

ONCE THE LIQUID IS BOILING ADD YOUR POTATOES AND RICE, SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE. TURN HEAT DOWN AND SIMMER UNTIL RICE IS DONE.
