| 1 | PLACE BEEF STEW CUBES AND DICED ONIONS IN A LARGE POT, COVER WITH WATER. BRING TO A BOIL AND COOK UNTIL TENDER. (MAY NEED TO KEEP ADDING WATER TO KEEP THE BEEF JUST BARELY COVERED). | 2 | ONCE YOUR BEEF IS TENDER ADD 2 CANS OF STEWED TOMATOES AND BRING TO A BOIL. (MAY WANT MORE TOMATOES IF YOU PREFER) | 3 | ONCE THE LIQUID IS BOILING ADD YOUR POTATOES AND RICE, SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE. TURN HEAT DOWN AND SIMMER UNTIL RICE IS DONE. |
