Mix dry ingredients, except for fruit, together in a large bowl

mix wet ingredients in glass measure and microwave until thin. About 1 minute. Stir well.

Pour wet into dry and mix thoroghly

Spread onto sheet pan and bake at 200-300 for about an hour. (Lower and slower will make more crunchy cereal.) Also, dont over stir and break up the chunks, but stir enough to allow even cooking.

Remove from oven, add dried fruit, and let cool completely before putting in storage container.
