1. Combine the dry ingredients of cupcake (Batch 0) (flour, baking powder, sugar, salt) together in a large mixing bowl.

2. Mix the liquid ingredients of cupcake (oil, milk and vanilla) separately in another mixing bowl.

3. Pour the liquid ingredients from step 2 into the large mixing bowl in 1 containing the dry ingredients.

4. Use an electric mixer to blend all of the dry and liquid ingredients together for 2 minutes.

5. Add eggs.

6. Use the mixer to blend for 1 minute on medium speed.

7. Put the cupcake liners in the pan.

8. Pour the batter into the liners about 2/3 of the way full.

9. Set oven to 3500F.

10. When the oven is at 3500F, put cupcakes in the oven and bake for a total of 20 minutes
1. After 10 minutes turn the cupcakes around and then bake for another 10 minutes
2. After 10 minutes take the cupcakes out of the oven.
