Steps
Sequence Step
1Large pan, brown meat in oil. Drain. Add water, broth, sherry, soy sauce, onions, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and cayenne. Bring to boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 1 hour.
2Stir mushrooms, carrots, and bok choy. Cover and simmer another 20 mins. Cook rice according to directions.
3Divide rice among bowls 3/4 C in each and top each with 1 C of soup.
