Steps
Sequence Step
1Preheat oven to 350 degree F
2In a small bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water. Let stand until creamy, about 10 minutes.
3In a large bowl combine flour, flax seed and salt. Make a well in the middle and add honey and yeast mixture. Stir well to combine. cover and set in a warm place to rise for a few minutes. (I usually go do something with the kids for 45 to 55 minutes)
4Roll dough on a floured pizza pan or rectangle jelly roll pan, and poke a few holes in it with a fork. (For thin crust: Split dough in half and make two pizzas)
5Bake in preheated oven for 5-10 minutes, or untill desired crispiness is achieved. For my thin crust I usually do 8 to 10 minutes as we like crispy pizza crust.
6Now your crust is ready for any sauce of your choice and toppings of your choice. We use extra virgin olive oil or a red sauce with veggies that you love. Your imagination can be endless.
7Bake pizza with your toppings for 10mins or untill the toppings are golden brown. ENJOY
