beef stew meat, cut into 1 inch cubes

Onion chopped

celery, diced (about 2 cup)

Brown beef in dutch oven.

Remove beef and saute celery and onion, when almost sauteed add garlic.

Add beef back into dutch oven and add beef broth.

Peel and dice potatoes and carrot. Add both to pot. Add frozen corn, frozen peas and creamed corn to pot.

Simmer on med-low for 4 hours.
