Steps
Sequence Step
1place all ingredients in order into your heavy duty mixer. Knead on 1 speed quickly adding any additional flour needed until the dough pulls away from the sides of the bowl. Knead for 6-8 minutes.
2Remove dough and divide into 5 loaves.
3place into pans and place in a place to rise. ( i put them in the oven)
4let loaves rise until they have doubled in size. approximatly 30-45 minutes.
5Then I place the pans in the oven and turn the temperature on to 350 degrees to bake for 25-30 minutes
6Remove from pans and let cool.
