1Cut sausage into rounds and brown in stew pot.
2Add chicken, continue to brown.
3Add frozen veggies and cover to let them thaw a bit.
4Add rice and chicken broth. Let it come to a good simmer.
5Add some water to cover veggies. Cover and simmer on low-med heat.
6Add water and stir every 10-15 minutes as it is absorbed. Keep covered over low heat until rice is cooked. Then it is ready to serve.
