Sequence Step
1Place quinoa and water in a sauce pan and bring to a simmer, cover until cooked. Approximately 10 minutes. When the outer ring separates from the center of the grain it is cooked. Put quinoa in a bowl and allow to cool.
2Meanwhile, dice the tomato, chop cilantro and mince garlic.
3Mix all of the ingredients together and season to taste with salt and pepper. You may want to add more lime juice to taste as well.
