11. combine in a stock pot broth chicken potatoes and carrots. boil over med heat for 10 min until veg are nearly tender. 2. add zucchini cauliflower tomatoes celery onion green pepper and garlic. simmer about 8 minutes. 3. Add peanut butter parsley pepper stir until the soup is fully blended. Simmer the soup 3 minutes later.
