Drain and rise black beans, chop onions

Using pan sprayed with cooking spray, saute onion and garlic until onion is soft.

Stir tomatoes (with juices) and black beans into onion mixture. Cook over low heat until heated through about 5 minutes,

Stir cooked rice into bean mixture and heat through. Sprinkle with Cilantro and serve
