1preheat oven to 425. scoop out flesh of potatoes, leaving a thin layer of potato flesh in potato
2in small bowl, combine oil, chili powder, and hot pepper sauce. using pastry brush, brush insides of potato wedges w oil mixture
3place potato wedges in single layer on large nonstick baking sheet. sprinkle w bacon and cheese
4bake until cheese melts and potatoes are heated through. about 15 mins
5sprinkle w tomatoes and scallions. serve w sour cream on the side.
