1. Pre heat oven to 180 degrees.
2. Combine dry ingredients.
3. Blend milk, kiwi fruit, vanilla extract and egg in a blender until processed.
4. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix until combined.
5. Grease 6-hole muffin tray.
6. Divide mixture between 6.
7. Top each muffin mix with 1 slice of kiwi fruit.
8. Bake for 25-30 min or until skewer inserted into them comes out clean.
