| 1 | Preheat oven to 375 degrees.Grease or spray 12 cup muffin tin with olive oil. Weigh out 2 oz of 2% lowfat extra-sharp cheddar cheese. Slice into 8 equally-sized pieces. Set aside.
In a medium size bowl combine ground turkey, oats, egg white, onion, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Combine with a fork or hands. Shape into 8 equally sized ''muffins''. Stuff each turkey ''muffin'' with a slice of cheese. Bake in oven for 25 minutes. Let cool for 5 min. Serve. |
