Dice the Onions and Bell Peppers. Sweat the veg in just a little bit of olive oil for about 5 minutes. Add the chopped garlic and cook 1 minute more. Add the ground beef and cook till fully browned. Add the tomato paste and incorporate fully. Add the dry spices and allow the aroma to develop for about 2 minutes. Add the chopped tomatoes and cook till the juices have reduced by about half. Add the beans and the beer and allow to simmer for 20-40 minutes or until it reaches your desired degree of thickness
