place flour in bowl, make well in centre, add 1 cup hot water, yeast and sugar. Mix together in well. Leave for 10 min. Add salt and mix with sugar, yeast mixture. Add second cup of water and knead bread into a dough. Leave to proof for 2 hours. Knead again. Shape. Leave to rise for 30 min then bake on 180 degrees celcius until cooked
