pre-heat oven to 400
line 14 to 15 muffin cups
mix milk, all bran cereal and rasins let soften while you mix dry ingredients and mash banans
add egg and oil to all bran mixture
add flour mixture, banans and walnuts
spoon into muffin cups
bake for 15 to 20 min
