In a large pan, dissolve bouillon cubes in hot water. Peel potatoes and chop into small cubes. Boil potatoes in bouillon water. When potatoes are tender, pour half of potatoes (including water) into blender and process until smooth. Set aside and repeat with remaining potatoes. In a large saucepan, melt oleo. Stir in flour. Add milk, stirring contantly and bring sauce to a boil. Add potatoes and mix well.
