wafers21/2 cups vanilla wafers
Steps
Sequence Step
1Chill unopened can of evaporated milk in the refrigerator overnight.
2Dissolve gelatin in hot water and chill till partially set.
3Whip till light and fluffy.
4Add lemon juice and sugar.
5Whip the chilled milk; fold in gelatin mixture.
6Line the bottom of a 9x13 pan with half of the crushed vanilla wafers
7Gently pour bisque mixture into pan (if you pour too fast you will move the crumbs).
8Top with remaining crumbs.
9Chill till set; about 4 hours or a little less. Serves 12.
