cup, whole or halvesmacadamia nuts, chopped

cupflaxseed meal

cupapplesauce, unsweentened

tablespoonsvanilla extract, organic

cup (8 fl oz)amber Agave syrup
Steps
Sequence Step
1Chop onion.
2Mix all wet ingredients (except for Agave Syrup) in glass measuring cup or small bowl.
3Pour wet ingredients over dry ingredients and toss till evenly coated.
4To get small clumps, queeze Agave Syrup over mixture.
5Pour mixture over cookie sheet fitted with parchment paper and bake at 375F.
6Bake at 10 minute intervals, turning mixture over and to the center. Sides brown quicker to turn those more frequently if needed. Continue to bake till lightly golden.
