Steps

1In large bowl mix together oats, wheat germ, and nuts.
2Stir together oil, honey, vanilla, brown sugar and cinnamon. pour over dry mixture and stir until well coated.
3Spray jelly roll pan and spread mixture out. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until light brown.
4Add dried fruits and mix well.
