Using large fork, combine all ingredients until bread is mushy. Add ground beef. Using hands now, mix well making sure all ingredients are blended well. Add 1/2 tsp. of pepper

After meatloaf is packed into pan, make glaze for topping. Combine mustard, brown sugar and ketchup in small bowl. Mix very well - pour over meatloaf. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. If using a large loaf pan, extend time to 1 hour/15 minutes to make sure middle of loaf gets cooked all the way through.

After removing from oven, allow meatloaf to sit for 10-15 minutes. This makes it easier to remove from pan. Transfer to large platter for serving. It may take 2 people (and 4 spatulas,) to remove loaf from pan, so that it doesn''t break in half. NOTE: This is NOT a ''light'' meal.
