Steps
Sequence Step
1Mince the following ingredients and saute in oil: onion, celery, garlic, green pepper, and leeks.
2Add 2 quarts water, stewed tomatoes, bay leaf and the following diced vegetables: onion, kohlrabi, celery, green pepper, carrot, potato, parsley
3Add rice and simmer gently for 30 minutes.
4For thickening, brown flower in oil. Dilute with water
