In medium bolw, mix all wet ingredients together. (*Spray measuring cup with baking spray when measuring honey so it doesn''t stick)

Mix the wet stuff with the dry stuff. Add cranberries and mix together. If the mixture is too dry, add a little flour. It it isn''t binding together well, add an egg white.

Preheat oven to 335*.

Cool the dough in the fridge for 20 minutes

Drop dough by teaspoonfuls onto baking sheet, may be lined with parchment paper. Press down with fork if a flatter cookie is desired, or leave in a ball shape.

Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown on bottom.
