Recipe Description This is a Brown Sugar Muffin adaptation. Applesauce can be used instead of butter; the muffins don't stay as moist for several days with applesauce, though.

Sequence Step
1Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, and saltin a large bowl. Then add frozen blueberries and mix well.
2In a separate bowl, mix butter, sugar, and egg until creamy. Add vanilla and milk to butter mixture and mix well.
3Combine the two mixtures, stirring until blended.
4Bake in a 400 degree oven for 15-18 minutes, depending upon the size of the muffin cup and how filled each is.
