Combine all ingredients in a bowl and knead for ten minutes, or until uniform and smooth. Remove dough and divide into 8 equal sized balls and let rest for ten-twenty minutes. Once rested roll dough into a "snake" approximately as long as both of your hands side-by-side then join the ends of the dough by putting them together and rolling until the ends are joined. Pre-heat oven to 425F and begin boiling a large pot of water while you let the dough rings rest for twenty minutes. Once rested place three dough rings at a time into the boiling water, boil them on each side for one minute then remove and let dry while finishing the rest of the dough rings. Once boiled place on a non-stick cookie sheet or greased cookie sheet and place in the oven for 10 minutes then flip bagels over and cook on other side for another ten minutes. Remove from oven and let rest for twenty minutes, slice and enjoy.
