Steps
Sequence Step
1Grind flax seeds, sesame seeds, quinoa grains and millet in a grain mill or coffee grinder. If you use a coffee grinder grind 1/4 cup at a time.
2If you do not have quinoa or millet, substitute other grains.
3Combine all dry ingredients and mix well.
4Add the milk. Stir and let sit for a few minutes. Batter should be quite wet.
5Beat the egg whites until stiff.
6Add egg whites and blueberries to batter and stir until mixed well.
7Spray the waffle iron with oil spray and cook waffles approx. 7 minutes.
