Grind flax seeds, sesame seeds, quinoa grains and millet in a grain mill or coffee grinder. If you use a coffee grinder grind 1/4 cup at a time.

If you do not have quinoa or millet, substitute other grains.

Combine all dry ingredients and mix well.

Add the milk. Stir and let sit for a few minutes. Batter should be quite wet.

Beat the egg whites until stiff.

Add egg whites and blueberries to batter and stir until mixed well.

Spray the waffle iron with oil spray and cook waffles approx. 7 minutes.
