Steps
Sequence Step
1Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cream sugar, margarine and cream cheese til light and fluffy.
2Beat in eggs until smooth.
3Sift together flour, cream of tartar, baking soda and salt. You can use a whisk to mix the dry ingredients. Add flour to the creamed mixture (it will get thick).
4Place in bowl, cover and chill for 1 hour.
5Roll a teaspoon of dough into ball and roll in sugar and cinnamon mixture (1/4 cup sugar and 2 tsp. cinnamon or more per taste).
6Prepare cookie sheets with baking spray or parchment paper 2" apart. Slightly flatten with bottom of glass and bake for 8-10 minutes or til lightly browned.
