Saute bacon in olive oil

Add all veggies except tomatoes

Stir in tomatoes

Add 1/2 of pinto beans; mash other half and add. Add chicken broth Add salt if using (2 tsp) Bring to boil then simmer for 30 minutes

Add macaroni (or other pasta) and cooling until done...15 minutes or so.
