1bring 2 cups of water to a boil add in 1 cup couscous return to boil reduce heat cover and simmer for about 15 mins
2in a bowl mix together the watermelon, pineapple, cilantro, lemon, and lime juice, salt and pepper, and set aside.
3preheat gas grill to medium high heat, brush with oil and place salmon side by side to insure even cooking. Cook about 3 mins on each side or until cooked through.
4serve grilled salmon on a bed of couscous topping with the fruit salsa and enjoy!
