In medium bowl mix flour, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda. In another bowl mix bananas, vegetable oil, splenda, and egg. Pour wet ingredients into dry and mix. Should be lumpy. Pour into bread pan. Cook at 350 degrees for 45-55 min.
