Mix flour baking soda and baking powder salt

take frozen butter and toss with the flour mixture until all of the butter is coated then fold in the sour cream and milk mixture.

Lightly dust counter top with flour. Knead the slightly wet dough six times, lightly flour dough and roll out into 2 12 inch square. Fold in half and then half again. Place in freezer for five minutes.(Rechilling butter to keep flaky).

Dust Counter top wiht flour again and roll out dough onto another 12 inch square. Top evenly with blueverries and press in lightly.
