Sequence Step
1Chop vegetables to desired size. Spray nonstick pan with olive oil, heat on med-high. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Brown thighs on both sides. Place thighs in bottom of slow cooker. Top with veggies, tomato paste, garlic, basil and any other desired seasonings. Pour chicken broth and wine over top. Cook on low for 8 hours.
