1 CUP DICED ONION RAW

Pablano Peppers

garlic minced

tomatoes canned, diced

sea salt

Worcestershire sauce

Rinse and cut peppers in half lengthwise. Remove stems

Dice peppers.

In a large skillet, brown ground round with onions, garlic, peppers, and salt.

Add Worcestershire sauce and simmer 5-10 minutes to blend flavors.

Add whole tomatoes, crushing as they are added to skillet.

Simmer another 20 minutes until flavors are completely blended.

Serve over rice or tortilla chips, top with grated cheese and chopped onions if desired.
