onion1 CUP DICED ONION RAW

large (5" long)Pablano Peppers

tablespoonsgarlic minced

can (28 fl oz)tomatoes canned, diced

teaspoonsea salt

tablespoonsWorcestershire sauce
Steps
Sequence Step
1Rinse and cut peppers in half lengthwise. Remove stems
2Dice peppers.
3In a large skillet, brown ground round with onions, garlic, peppers, and salt.
4Add Worcestershire sauce and simmer 5-10 minutes to blend flavors.
5Add whole tomatoes, crushing as they are added to skillet.
6Simmer another 20 minutes until flavors are completely blended.
7Serve over rice or tortilla chips, top with grated cheese and chopped onions if desired.
