I love this for my family. Rice pudding is great, and I wanted a simple way to make it without having to be in constant watch. I run a daycare, and simply cannot watch it continuously.
Spray crockpot with Pam. Pour milk and rice into pot, cover and cook on high for 2 hours. Cook until soft and stir often. Mix splenda, eggs,evaporated milk and vanilla with whisk. Pour into crockpot. Cook 45 minutes or so, once again stirring occasionally. Feel free to add raisins and cinnamon near the end of cooking time. Serve warm. This said originally is supposed to make 4 servings, but I think that was very wrong. I believe you can make approx 20- 1/2 cup servings or more.
