Sequence Step
1Sift the flour and mix with the margarine at room temperature, until mixture resembles fine breadcrumbs.
2Add the salt and the egg.
3Add enough water slowly until a dough is formed.
4Divide dough in two for base and topping.
5Refrigerate and allow to come to room temperature before working out according to desired size.
