Recipe Description
Recipee serves a large round pan, or one medium and one small. Also ideal as quiche base. Comes pale in colour (if using white flour) and bit flaky.

Sift the flour and mix with the margarine at room temperature, until mixture resembles fine breadcrumbs.

Add the salt and the egg.

Add enough water slowly until a dough is formed.

Divide dough in two for base and topping.
