Recipe Description This is a recipe I got online for kids (I was sick of paying too much for chemical & sugar filled store bought ones), but I altered it to include many healthy things. They did not have hemp hearts in the choice of ingredients, so I had to pick hemp seeds - but I use hemp hearts. Can substitute mini semi-sweet chocolate chips for raisins.

Sequence Step
1Mix all dry ingredients together in bowl, make well in centre.
2Pour wet ingredients into well. Mix together with hands.
3Press in greased 9x13 pan, pat even with hands.
4Cook at 350 for 18-20 minutes. Watch the sides, when they brown it is ready.
5Let cool 5 minutes and then cut into bars. The original recipe says to cut into 24 bars, I can only get 20.
