Steps
Sequence Step
1Lightly saute any veggies you would like in this dish.
2Fully cook quinoa.
3Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat a 13x9 inch dish with cooking spray.
4Whisk together eggs and milk in large bowl. Fold in quinoa mixture and cheese. Stir very well and let some of the cheese melt.
5Transfer to prepared dish and add Panko Crumbs on top. Bake 30-35 minutes until bread crumbs are browned.
