Steps
Sequence Step
1In a large bowl, mix the the flour, oats, salt, and protein powder together, then mix the fruits and nuts in.
2In a separate bowl mix the water, sugar, egg whites, oil and spices.
3Add the liquids to the dry goods, Mix thoroughly.
4Press into an oiled 10x15 baking pan
5Bake in a preheated oven at 325 for 20 min until just browning.
6Let rest 5 min then cut, do not let cool before cutting.
