1Soak slice bread in olive oil for 15-30 minutes. In a bowl, combine ground beef, crushed garlic parmesean cheese, bread crumbs, eggs, parsley, basil, salt and pepper until well combine. Break up bread slices and add, mixing well. Makes 1 loaf or 12 2-inch meatballs
