Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease 8 inch square pan. Set aside 1/3 cup choc. chips. Heat l 1/3 cup choc chips, sugar, butter and water in small saucepan over low heat stirring constantly until butter and chocolate are melted. Pour into medium bowl.

Stir in eggs one at a time with wire whisk until blended. Stir in vanilla extract. Add flour and salt.Stir in rest of Choc Chips and nuts. Pour into prepared pan.

Bake for 38 to 40 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out slightly sticky. cool in pan on wire rack. Cut into 16 bars.
