Steps
Sequence Step
1Brown ground beef with onions and garlic and salt and pepper
2Drain well
3Add tomato sauce, water and chili powder
4Simmer for 30 to 45 minutes
5Add worcestershire sauce just before serving (do not add prior to simmering - it won''t taste right)
6Cook and drain pasta according to package directions
7Serve sauce over cooked pasta
