Brown ground beef with onions and garlic and salt and pepper

Drain well

Add tomato sauce, water and chili powder

Simmer for 30 to 45 minutes

Add worcestershire sauce just before serving (do not add prior to simmering - it won''t taste right)

Cook and drain pasta according to package directions
