cups8.8 package ready to serve long grain rice

cupcoconut, flaked

cup, choppedwalnuts, toasted

cup, crushed, sliced, or chunkspineapple, canned, chunks, drained well

pound, rawboneless chicken breast

stalksgreen onions,chopped, white and green part

tablespoonssoy sauce, lite, (shoyu)

Steps
Sequence Step
1cook chicken and set aside
2toast walnuts and coconut- set aside
3cook rice as per directions (about 20 minutes) - set aside
4cook (boil or steam) broccoli and let cool.
5drain pineapple chunks and save juice for the dressing
6mix together pineapple chunks, broccoli, chicken, coconut and walnuts. Slice onions and add also
7Add all to the rice and mix well
8To make dressing in a separate bowl combine soy sauce with the reserved pineapple juice and honey. Mix well. Drizzle on separately.
