8.8 package ready to serve long grain rice

coconut, flaked

walnuts, toasted

cup, crushed, sliced, or chunks
pineapple, canned, chunks, drained well

boneless chicken breast

green onions,chopped, white and green part

soy sauce, lite, (shoyu)

cook chicken and set aside

toast walnuts and coconut- set aside

cook rice as per directions (about 20 minutes) - set aside

cook (boil or steam) broccoli and let cool.

drain pineapple chunks and save juice for the dressing

mix together pineapple chunks, broccoli, chicken, coconut and walnuts. Slice onions and add also

Add all to the rice and mix well

To make dressing in a separate bowl combine soy sauce with the reserved pineapple juice and honey. Mix well. Drizzle on separately.
