Sequence Step
1Blend all sauce ingredients in food processor til smooth.
2Boil broccoli and set aside.
3Saute onions, pepper and zucchini
4When they are soft add the tofu and broccoli
5After a minute stir in sauce
6Top with finely chopped basil (optional)
