Steps
Sequence Step
1dates, flax and chia meal in small bowl, cover with 1 c boiling water and let sit.
2Whisk together flours, starch, spices, salt, baking powder, and baking soda.
3puree date mixture. add rest of wet ingredients (nut milk, oil, etc) and continue to blend
4add wet ingredients to flour mixture and mix just to incorporate. fold in diced pear and walnuts.
5scoop into muffin tins (I use paper cups). Bake at 375 for 20-30 min. check them at 20.
