Soften stick of butter and mix with flour, sugar, 2 eggs and grated peel from 1 lemon.

Press 3/4 of the dough into a 9" tart pan saving other 1/4 of dough to make strips on top. Spread 1 jar of any type of preserves over the dough and top with strips of remainder of dough
