mix milk and wheat bran together. Let sit for 10 minutes.

Beat applesauce, eggs and vanilla.

Puree lentils and banana. Then combine with applesauce/egg mixture and wheat bran/milk mixture.

Add all dry ingredients together.

Combine wet mixture with dry ingredient mixture. Do not over beat.
