11. Melt 2 cups Moz 1 cup cheddar in bowl in microweave. (about 1:30)
2Stir in Almond flour with fork while cheese is still hot.
3Add in egg and baking powder and mix into cheese/flour ball by hand. Should be cool enough by now. Ends up being bread dough type consistency. Maybe a little sticky.
4Press into cold LARGE skillet until about as thin as possible. Brown each side on medium heat. Should flip easy after first side is ready. Let cool in freezer for 10 minutes.
5Put on pizza toppings. 2 layers of cheese will be about a cup or more. Bake at 350 for 5 minutes then broil on High for 3-5 minutes until cheese starts browning.
6Eat low carb pizza like a boss. Makes 8 slices.
